About NormanNorman Gould has lived in Shinfield Park since 1987 and has been a parish councillor since 2003. He is also the Shinfield North ward councillor for Wokingham Borough Council where he sits on the WBC Planning, Audit and Tenant Services Committees and represents the Borough Council on several outside bodies. He is a retired soldier who spent a significant part of his career in Arborfield, is married to a teacher and has two children just completing university.
