About CarlCarl Waite moved to Three Mile Cross in 2000 in search of village life, and became a councillor in 2007. He is an educationalist and part-time author and has been involved in public life in various parts of the UK for over 30 years. He is particularly interested in planning issues, diversity and education. He is married and has two children who are in their twenties.
