Tony Atkins lives in Shinfield North and has been on the parish council since September 2008. He has been an engineer, university lecturer and web designer, and now lets, renovates and builds houses for a living. He is particularly interested in local planning issues and maintaining and improving Shinfield Parish's environment and infrastructure.
