About Peter
Peter Hughes has lived in Shinfield since 2004 and in the Reading area since 1974. He joined the Parish Council in November 2009. He was a director of a direct mail and printing company based in Aldershot, is now semi-retired and works as a consultant in environmental practices in the direct mail industry. He is interested in environmental issues and controlling unnecessarily lavish expenditure in public projects. He is married with three adult children.
